7 Flow Meters, 3 Gas meters3 Micrometers and 1 multifunctional Flow Meter

The 4th generation basic flow meter has been further developed twice in recent years with new innovative features
See here the possibilities to adjust the 4th generation basic flow meter.

NEW; The 1st further development
Makes the flow meter extremely suitable for drinking water systems in all areas of the world. Due to this latest development, the flow meter cannot be broken mechanically. Due to its robust construction, this plastic flow meter can withstand knocks and a polluted environment. The 4th generation flow meter operates on a small power consumption. This makes this flow meter ideal for areas in the world where there is no power connection.

NEW; The 2nd innovative further development
Makes it possible to determine the best measurement result yourself/in-house. Manufacturers who want to experiment with different types of fluid will benefit greatly from this new construction. There is no other mechanical low budget plastic flow meter that makes this possible.

NEW; 5th generation flow meter
Developed to be able to see the correct fuel consumption of cars every second.
Demonstration video on YouTube

As a result, every driver is able to emit less CO2 by adjusting driving behaviour. CO2 emissions and fuel savings are linked. By driving as economically as possible, considerable fuel savings are possible.
More information can be found in the Technical description/explanation.

NEW; 6th generation flow meter
Developed to be able to see the correct fuel consumption of trucks every second

NEW; 10th generation flow meter
To enable dosing in microliters
Is in development

NEW; 11th generation flow meter
Developed for biofuels
5th – 6th – 7th – 8th – 9th – 13th flow meters are suitable for biofuels due to an adjustment to the core parts.

NEW; 12th generation flow meter
Developed for gas measurements/doses
More information can be found in the Technical description/explanation

NEW; 13th generation flow meter
Special developed to significantly reduce the pressure drop

To significantly reduce pressure drop in a pipeline, we have developed a new innovative flow meter.
Due to this development, the pressure drop/resistance is 30 to 40% less than with the 1st 3 generation of flow meters. This new design is suitable for industrial systems where the fluid pump is insufficiently powerful or where the pressure drop in a pipe needs to be minimized. A downside is that the accuracy is slightly lower compared to the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th generations. However, for most applications/systems, high accuracy is not even a requirement. In the past, we have repeatedly encountered systems where the pressure drop needed to be as small as possible. That is why we have made this innovative development.

NEW; 14th generation flow meter
Provides full control over optimizing measurement accuracy.

A world first: A completely new, revolutionary development in the field of plastic low budget flow meters;

Thanks to our innovative technology, you can determine the optimal measurement settings yourself, tailored to your specific application.

Due to the sophisticated construction, the flow meter has an infinitely long lifespan.

This versatile flow meter is extremely suitable for fluids with varying viscosities and is resistant to light contamination.
With a measurement accuracy of less than 2% (based on water) and a scalable design up to 120 l/min, this flow meter sets new standards in the industry. Experience the future of fluid measurement.

8th – 12th – 13th – 14th  flow meter can be scaled in several diameters

5th – 6th – 7th flow meter are suitable for many more systems than just fuel systems
In that case, these flow meters can also be scaled in different diameters.

PetersInvent will not publicly reveal new innovations until they are patent-pending
All new developments are officially recorded at the exact date and time, in compliance with European regulations.
Images shown are of products with expired patents or already patented designs. Our 14 latest innovations will be patented upon initiating a new partnership to maximize the 20-year patent protection.

By linking the pulses from the flow meter to a GPS system, a lot of extra data is possible
This application is only suitable for vehicles

Current/actual fuel consumption:
liters per minute – liters per hour → l/min – l/h
milliliters per minute – liters per hour → ml/min – l/h
milliliters per kilometer → ml/km
liters per 100 km → l/100 km

Information about the driving range

How far the car can drive with the available fuel. This is continuously calculated based on the consumption of the last driving conditions.

The refuel quantity, or how many liters of fuel are needed to top up the tank, displayed with two decimal places. The driver will have to manually enter the refueled amount at each refueling so that the maximum driving range can be recalculated correctly.
This system does not use the sensors already present in the fuel tank.
Refueling at different pumps will always cause small differences. Petrol pumps are regularly inspected and deviations must fall within certain limits. Fuel pumps will never give too much fuel.

Comparison of fuel consumption for the same distances driven.
Fuel consumption will never be 100% the same between trips due to, among other things: driving behaviour, weather conditions, traffic jams, extra load, tire pressure, having to stop and accelerate less or more often. All these factors affect consumption. The challenge is to drive as economically as possible every time in order to save fuel and emit as little CO2 as possible. If one is willing to adjust their driving behaviour and accept for their trip to take a little longer, they can save a considerable amount of fuel and money.

5 Examples of meters to read the flow meter
Demonstration video on YouTube

1  Analog Gauge for fuel consumption

2  Digital Gauge for Fuel Consumption

3  Analog/Digital Gauges for fuel consumption

4  Led level indicator for fuel consumption

5  Led Digital Gauge for fuel consumption

These are a few examples of what is possible. The response time of these meters is too slow. A manufacturer of these types of meters can tune the pulses so that there is no delay. The layout of these types of meters can be designed entirely according to your wishes.

Digital Gauges
Analog Gauges
