What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

When you fill in a contact form on our website, we ask you for your e-mail address and name. We ask them so that we can respond to your message. When you fill in our contact form you are aware of this fact and you give permission that a staff member of PetersInvent can view this data. After we have answered your question, we do not store your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were received. The request for data removal can be submitted by mail. We will ensure that this data is actually deleted.

You can contact me by e-mail and the contact form on this website. Therefore I see your name and e-mail address. However, the transport of e-mail messages is never 100% secure. By sending information without encryption by e-mail to me, you accept the risk that this information can be read by third parties.

Never send us unregistered, patent-related sensitive information by email.

Never send us questions or information about innovations that have not yet been patented. We will immediately delete this sensitive information. To protect others and ourselves from potential infringement of intellectual property, we do not answer technical questions about non-registered innovations. Keep in mind that email is not a secure method of communication. The risk of sending sensitive information by email is borne by the sender.
